Hello! I’m Margot.

I created Home & Soul to offer a service that is really dear to me: offering my skills and product knowledge to assist you with your renovation project or new build.

Thanks to my Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design, I have a unique approach that combines interior and joinery design.

In cases where you would usually have to engage two separate trades, I bridge between the two.

This is synonym of stunning designs that are backed by strong cabinet-making and trade knowledge. I know the complexity level and price range of what I design while drawing it, with your needs and budget always in mind.

No endless to-and-fro between your interior designer and cabinet-maker; no critical information is “lost in translation”!

I’ll save you time, money, energy and headaches while creating jaw-dropping designs for your home!

Do you want to update one or several area(s) of your home but don’t know how to tackle it? Are you working on a new build and would like assistance with designing the inside of your home (taking in account industry constraints and limitations can save you a lot of headaches and money on your build!).

Joinery Supply ⚒️

I can draft* and order materials, hardware and fixtures for our joinery projects following a Design Process Package. I can also assist on projects you might want to DIY and help with the planning and ordering; making sure you have the best chances to be successful!

*Drafting = creating technical production drawings, plans and cutting lists for your chosen design.

    We had many interactions with Margot along the way; she was pivotal in the communications and design and we found her to be very professional and experienced.

    She was an absolute pleasure to work with as her enthusiasm was infectious and her communications skills were perfect. She was easy to talk with and she would explain the design and then show us on the CAD screen so we could get a real feel for the concept in a 3D image.
